At Cedarwick Beard Care we don’t just sell beard products, we sell a service and a brand that puts our focus solely on our customers. We do this by establishing a rapport with the customer and facilitating their requests as closely and as accurately as possible. All of our products are handmade in small batches so you know a lot of care and effort goes into every final product.
We try to make a personal connection with our customers, informing and educating them on how to maintain healthy, natural growth of their facial hair, especially if you’re a new grower and are looking for some helpful tips on beard maintenance and care. This works both ways as we want to learn from our customers what works best for them and how we can improve their overall experience with us.

Return Policy
Items cannot be returned such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. However, we do offer full refund of items purchased or replacement products if there are damaged goods upon shipping to your location. If you receive a damaged/faulty product, please contact us directly so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. You can always contact us for any refund question at [email protected]. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
