The Crafty Irish Beggar is all about process and value the relationship and interaction with the subject matter. The natural destruction of the trees and hedgerows presents a precious opportunity to go foraging for the raw organic materials from which he draws inspiration that is then bind with the contemporary; be it copper or resin to produce intriguing adornments that are essentially for anyone and everyone. Reinterpreting these found natural objects bring a strong sense of creativity, renewal and pride in our environment. Resulting in an extraordinary range of lamps created from found wood, as well as a selection of beautifully handcrafted bracelets, necklaces and jewellery borne of remnants from forest floors.
