WELCOME TO DUFFY AND PORTER
Making custom handmade items to order. Each design will have a slight variation due to the custom handmade work and love that goes into every order.
PAYMENT
Payment is accepted via card/stripe. Payment is due upon ordering
LEAD TIME
Because each piece is made to order, our lead time is order specific and can range from 1-2 weeks depending on size and design complexity. You will be notified before payment if your order will take longer than 2 weeks.
SHIPPING
Shipping is offered through our courier partners. Shipping costs are a flat rate fee of €6.50 regardless of the amount of items ordered.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, payments cannot be refunded on custom orders. If you are not happy with your order please email [email protected] If the error occurs on this end, a replacement will happily be sent out. If it is a mistake on your end you will be charged. Please ensure all spellings and details are correct at time of ordering as changes cannot be made once the order is finalised.
