We will reimburse any shipping costs when you return a faulty or damaged item but if it is something you have simply had a change of heart on then you will have to cover the return postage. Please return the item within 7 days of the day you received the order. Please email us to advise of the return of the order and the reason. A full refund for the item will be issued once we receive the returned goods intact.
