Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order .You will receive an email when your order has shipped.
We use An Post, standard & registered. We also offer free delivery within Carlow, Dublin, Kildare & Laois
Postage starts at €4.80 depending on size & weight
Refund Policy
All products will leave Ioma Essence in excellent condition. However if during transit, damage occurs, please contact us within 48 hours and send photos of the damage to [email protected] Upon proof of damage, we will send replacement products to the value of items purchased or offer you a gift voucher to same value.
