Return Policy
You have the right to return one or more products for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund. To be eligible for a refund, the following criteria must be met: The product must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received. The product must be in its original packaging with intact labels and protective stickers. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase. We might also need you to take a quick picture of the item for verification. Please contact us before returning any item(s), so we can first confirm the item(s) to be returned. If your return is accepted, we will send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Note: Returns without prior confirmation will not be accepted. REFUNDS Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 7 working days, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund, unless the item is faulty, damaged upon delivery, or a wrong item has been sent. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items and gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged. Also, items that have been received after 14 days can not be returned. DAMAGES AND ISSUES Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. EXCHANGES We only replace items if they are defective or damaged as per above section of Damages and Issues. Please allow us up to 7 working days to process exchanges.
