Perfect as a gift for your loved ones. Since I find it extremely difficult to meditate, this was something that helped me to get a bit closer to that beautiful feeling of calmness.
To use these cards, find a quiet spot and take 3 minutes for yourself. Place the cards next to you. You don't need all of them; choose maybe three per day. Read the first card, close your eyes take a deep breath, hold it for a few seconds, and exhale. Read the next card, close your eyes, and repeat the same exercise.
Allow them to fill you with positivity and calmness.
Positive thinking is its very own field of mindfulness. It’s a simple but powerful coping strategy that can help diffuse tension and alter our mindset during times of stress, anxiety, and self-doubt, by focusing our thoughts on life beyond this temporary struggle.
