Quilling art on Irish wool beach landscape
This mix media art is a combination of paper quilling and needle felting. I created the beach scene with Irish wool. The quilling was created and added to the wool art. I then braided twine and hand stitched that into the piece. There is a braided hanger on the back. This piece can also be placed into a shadow box frame. That is up to the one who buys this piece. I do not supply a frame. This would make a lovely unique handmade gift for any occasion.
This is my own creation of adding textile art with paper quilling. A lovely scene of a lady with an umbrella being in all about the ocean. This can be hung as it is with the hanger on the back. You can also place this art in a shadowbox frame. I do not supply a frame. What a lovely original piece of art to give as a gift. This piece measures at 9 1/2 tall by 7 inches across. If your product is defective or damaged, contact me through email. I will provide a refund if the product is faulty or damaged after inspections of returned to myself. Hi everyone. Thank you so much for visiting my store. I live in a small village in the Southeast Ireland.
I love to work with wool sourced from Kerry woollen mills 1of the only 2 remaining working wool mills here in Ireland. I also Support local textile artist hand dyed wool from local Irish farmers as well. All of my pieces are made with 100% Irish wool. There are some colors or textiles I cannot purchase here. So, I do import a few, to add a final touch on certain pieces. I put my full heart and soul into each piece. They are all handmade by me. Every piece is an original piece of art, that takes many hours or days to create. I hope they bring you cheer and enjoyment.
Please keep all wool sculptures away from all children and pets. These are delicate pieces of art. Also animals have been known to try and eat the wool. For their safety and the sculptures keep away from pets.
I only ship out tracked package and on Mondays only. Thank you again to everyone supporting my store and love for crafts.
