Yoga classes for all abilities and stages in life. My online classes are live and interactive, group size is small so that I can see, give feedback and interact with each participant as well as facilitate interaction amongst attendee. You can join from the comfort of your home, no expensive equipment is required, a quiet corner, a non slip mat, a couple of cushions and a blanket and you are good to go :-) In case of mobility restrictions that make it difficult to sit/lie down on the floor, we can also adapt some of the posture work so that it can be done from a chair. In my “Shop In Ireland” store you can purchase any of these options: One to one ONLINE Yoga class (30 minutes) One to one ONLINE Yoga class (60 minutes) One drop in Online class 6 week class card (valid for 6 ONLINE Yoga classes) 6 week ONLINE PREGNANCY Yoga course Once you purchase an ONLINE class/course, I will be in touch via phone or email to discuss the class schedule (I run several classes throughout the week, including weekends and I have several slots for one to one sessions too), once you choose the date/time of your class, I will send you a link to join the online session. Online classes take place on the “Zoom” platform, which can be accessed on mobile phones, laptops, PCs & tablets. There are no costs to users to use Zoom, you can check www.zoom.us for more details. Wi-Fi is recommended to participate in online classes but mobile data could be an option too (please check with your provider for internet speed/data costs). Eye Pillow handmade in Ireland for Relaxation, Yoga, Sleep aid, Headache/Migraine management. 100% cotton pillow and pillow case, filled with flaxseed and lavender flowers, an unscented option is available too. Handmade in Ireland 100% cotton pillow and pillow case filled with flaxseed and lavender flowers, an unscented option is available too (please select your preference when ordering). The outer cover is made of high quality quilting cotton, it is removable & washable (please make sure that the inner pillow doesn’t get wet as this would spoil the flaxseed filling). The pillow is slightly wider than standard eye pillows and it is not overly filled as this allows you to shape the flaxseed filling so that the pillow moulds perfectly to the contours of your face. The pillow blocks out the light and provides a gentle pressure over the eyes and forehead, inducing a state of relaxation.  It can also be used for headache/migraine or stress relief or to soothe tired eyes after hours of computer work.  It can also be used during a Yoga practice, whilst lying down in the relaxation pose of savasana, or as an aid to prepare for sleep. Sensory fabric chewing necklaces are a safe chewing option for individuals with oral sensory needs. Chewing can help calm, reduce anxiety and de-stress. It can help increase focus and attention. It can help regulate one’s sensory system. Chewing necklaces can be helpful to promote calmness and focused self-regulation in individuals wiht autism, ADHD, oral sensory processing disorders, special needs or anyone needing oral stimulation. Moreover, Sensory Fabric chewing necklaces provide a safe alternative to chewing on hands, pens, clothing or hard objects. These chewing necklaces are handmade in Lusk, Ireland. I use cotton fabric on the outside, with an extra internal layer of toweling fabric, for extra absorbency. Washable and durable, these sensory fabric chewing necklaces are made with care and attention to detail, from the choice of fabric, the designs to the velcro fastenings, which are cut with round corners to be as comfortable as possible. Each pack contains a random selection of designs, if you have a special request though feel free to get in touch and I will do my best to accomodate you. Measurements: Approximately 64cm x 3.8cm   Care Tips Whilst the fabrics that I use are of very good quality and durable, please note that more aggressive chewing may lead to faster wear and need for replacement of the sensory fabric chewing necklaces. You can wash the chewies at 40°C.  Although cotton fabric would also withstand temperatures up to 60°C, regularly washing at higher temperatures may lead to faster deterioration of the necklace, particularly of the velcro fastening. Important note Please note that this product is NOT a toy and its use should be supervised at all times. Not recommended for children under 3 years.
