Elkwood is a Cork-City based manufacturing business focused exclusively on sustainability.
We design sustainable, high-quality home goods, kitchen and bathroom accessories, board games, pet products, and garden products, with an ever expanding product range.
Elkwood uses exclusively sustainable materials, either biodegradable or highly-recyclable. For now, this includes biodegradable PLA bioplastic, metals, natural rubber, and cork/wood.
At Elkwood we aim to offer an alternative solution to fossil-fuel based, mass produced products shipped from China. Our business blueprint of eco-responsable, localised manufacturing will help buld a future we can be proud of.
Shop Policies
Return Policy
All products are made to order, and are thoroughly inspected before posting. However, we are human and we do make mistakes, so we offer a 30 day no-questions-asked return policy.
Simply let us know here or through [email protected], post it back to us, and we will give 100% refund.
However, to protect ourselves we will only pay for the returning postage if the product is defective. For any other reason to return we will offer an Elkwood voucher or equal value to the postage cost.

1. Delivery Times

Ireland: 2–5 business days

EU: 5–10 business days

Processing Time: Orders are made and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Non-Working Days: Delivery times exclude weekends and public holidays.
2. Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated by weight and size. These range from € 3.50 to €12.00.

EU: DPD, DHL, or An Post International
4. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and estimated delivery date.
5. Shipping Restrictions

Large/Fragile Items: May require special handling or additional shipping fees. We will contact you if this applies to your order.

Geographic Limits: We currently ship to Ireland and the EU. For other destinations, please contact us at [[email protected]].
6. Delivery Issues

Damaged/Lost Shipments:

Report damaged items within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [[email protected]] with photos of the damage and your order number.

Lost shipments must be reported within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

We will replace the item or refund the purchase price at your choice.

Right of Withdrawal: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order for a full refund, Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
