Return Policy
At Love Bubble our main goal is for you to LOVE your order. However all online orders are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. This means that products can be returned, without reason, up to 14 days from when the customer receives their order. Exceptions include all personalised products. If unfortunately your product is faulty or damaged you may also return it to us within 14 days of receiving it. Please note delivery costs are not included in your refund. The cost will reflect what you originally paid for delivery. In this event, you must notify us of your cancellation and arrange to return the products to us no later than 30 days after notifying us of your cancellation. All products are your responsibility until we receive them. We cannot refund any products that have not been received safely back to us or that get lost in transit. In the event that you cancel your order and return products in accordance with the provisions of these terms, you are obliged to take reasonable care of the products prior to returning them. You are also liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling of the products beyond that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. In the event that there is damage to the goods on return from you, we are entitled to withhold a such portion of the refund due to you as is commensurate with the reduction in the value of the product by reason of the handling of the products by you beyond that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. If you would like to return a product please contact us and we will help you as best we can. To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition you received it. To complete your return we require a proof of purchase. The product must be faulty or damaged. We do not accept refunds if you change your mind after the 14 day cooling down period. And we do not accept refunds for all personalised products. We aim to process your return within 14 days of receipt, however in exceptionally busy periods this may take up to 28 days. You will be refunded using the same payment method by which you made the purchase.
