We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we offer a 14-day return policy — you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns

Damages or Incorrect Items

We currently deliver within the Republic of Ireland only.
All orders are dispatched from the EU and shipped using trusted carriers, including DHL, GLS, Chronopost, DPD, An Post, and UPS. The carrier used will depend on the item and delivery location.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Estimated delivery time within Ireland is 5–8 working days.
