We do not offer return's refunds or exchange on personalised products. If an error occurs caused by us a replacement will be sent out, but if the information you have given to us is incorrect we cannot be held responsible for this. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK SPELLINGS AND DETAILS BEFORE PLACING ORDER. If goods arrived to you damaged or there's a shortage of items your must report this to us within 48hrs of receiving goods. Damaged items will be resent or refunded once proof of damage is sent to us within 48hrs of receiving goods. PLEASE ENSURE SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT AND THAT YOU HAVE PROVIDED US WIT A VALID EIRCODE/ZIP CODE. Ensuring you have provided the correct address is your responsibility and any extra charges for non delivery/resending package is on you.
