I bought the pull-along snail in the Spring and the little person who got it loved it. It's a beautiful toy, well made, the packaging was brilliant as it was wonderfully wrapped and it was delivered really quickly. Very pleased and will be back

Return Policy
Need to return something if the product is damaged? Not a problem! If you have bought an item(s) and would like to return it; you can return your item(s) anytime within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. We need to be informed within 24 hours of any issues relating to your product or sale. We are happy to accept any return as long as it is in its original packaging. When returning a product you will be liable for postage/delivery cost. If we agree to provide you with a refund we will instruct our Merchant Acquirer to credit your credit card or debit card account within 30 days of receipt of the returned product. Your statutory rights are not affected.
