Return Policy
Personalised Gifts If your purchased gift is personalised and you change your mind after the item has been shipped, due to the item being personalised we cannot accept returns.
Return Policy
We do not offer returns on personalised items and if the information you have given us is incorrect we can not be held responsible for this. Please double check for any errors before placing the order. If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, we will be happy to replace it for you but you must notify us of the damage within 7 days.
We only replace personalised items if they are defective or damaged in transit. In either of these two events, we will resend you a replacement, free of charge. Non Personalised Gifts If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and receive a full refund, exchange or a "It's For Keeps" gift card to the value of the item being returned. You must return a product to us within 14 days of purchasing. Returning product must be in the same condition you received it in along with its original packaging and receipt. We cannot offer any refund, exchange or gift card without proof of purchase. Transit If your non-personalised item has been damaged in transit. Please get in touch with us immediately on 085 8487891 to let us know and we will resend you same free of charge.

Shipping Policy
Orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days for personalised items. Our courier usually takes 1-3 working days to deliver your package. Once the item has left our shop we are no longer aware of it's location. We try to meet all delivery times but sometimes there may be delays – e.g. because of postal/carrier delays, logistics or bad weather.
Please note : “working days” excludes weekends and public holidays.
