Hi,  I’m Kathleen and I am a maker of hand-made textile  accessories, all of which are designed and made in my home in Dublin, Ireland. I concentrate on sourcing beautiful fabrics to create practical lifestyle accessories. My main product lines are bags and snoods, with my winter snoods being my best selling product. I am a start-up company who moved from a market business into the online space in 2020. I have always had a passion for fabrics and for making. In 2020,  after a lifelong career in technology and in education,  I decided to turn my passion for making into a small business. My inspiration comes from beautiful fabric design and textures,  from the colours of the sea and I love the of the design influences of Japanese and Scandi cultures. My ethos is on sustainable design and the circular economy and many of my bags are made from recycled and reworked fabrics.  I support the slow fashion movement and am very happy to mend products for customers if needed (I have replaced a bag strap where a dog chewed the original…. twice :-)). All  products are affordable and are ideal as gifts for others …. And of course  for yourself. The company name is very special to me and is ‘borrowed’ from one of my favourite poems – The Cloths of Heaven by William Butler Yeats  – which finishes with the line “ ……..I spread my dreams under your feet, Tread softly because you tread on my dreams.”

Hi, my name is Audrey from Dublin.  I have a love for crafting and Christmas. I have 2 small children and I am trying to keep the Christmas magic alive for as long as possible.  So putting my two favourite things together, I have set up my little business. After studying art at school, I didn't paint again until 2013 when my partner and I decided that we would move to West Cork to be closer to his family. Once here, it didn’t take long for me to feel completely at home. With the beauty and vibrant colours of West Cork surrounding me, the urge to paint took hold once again. I am a self taught artist. I love subtlety of colour, tone & texture & primarily use acrylics, watercolour & chalk pastels. The landscape, seascape & wildlife of West Cork are truly breathtaking and the inspiration for my work.

Hi my name is Dave and I am the maker of all the items in my store. I'm design and produce all of my products from in a little workshop in Cork City but can be found at the Marina Market, Cork from time to time. I initially designed the Hurley Holder for all of my kids hurleys that I found myself tripping over or could not find when it was time to go training. Finally there was a space saving way to keep aal of the hurleys tidy.

Sock Talk

SockTalk was set up in 2022 by Mike Shyne. Based in Limerick, Mike wants to help spread the conversation about mental health, based on the experiences of others and his own experiences suffering from anxiety. Mike appeared as the first male contestant on RTÉ’s fashion TV show The Style Counsellors in January 2022. Together with the team on the show, he was able to dramatically transform his wardrobe and style to better reflect his personality and physique. After his transformation, he immediately noticed the effects on his well-being and confidence and learned about the importance of simple acts of self-care. With SockTalk, Mike wants to show how clothes can both dramatically affect one’s mental health for the better. Not only do the products available on the website provide a positive message about mental health, but it also shows that simple gifts of clothing to another person can dramatically improve their wellbeing.

I’m a busy Mam of two living in the beautiful Hill of Down, Co Meath next to the Royal Canal Greenway so when I'm not working you'll find me there walking my lovely dogs. I'm a social care worker by profession and I work with youth in mainstream residential care. However,  I have always been a creative soul too so my clay work is how I like to explore that . Nestled in the picturesque village of Kerrykeel, Co Donegal, I thrive in an environment that fuels my passion for both hairdressing and art. For as long as I can remember, I have been captivated by the world of art. From drawing and painting to knitting, crocheting, sewing, baking, and cooking, creativity has always been at the heart of my life. Over the years, this passion has only grown stronger, allowing me to explore and master various artistic mediums. The lockdown period two years ago was a pivotal time for me. It offered me the precious gift of time—time to dive deeper into my artistic pursuits and create a unique line of merchandise. During this period, I also ventured into the beautiful landscapes around me, capturing moments with my camera that would later inspire my paintings. While I enjoy working with watercolours and acrylics, my heart now belongs to oil painting. I am thrilled to dedicate my Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays entirely to my art. These days are filled with the joy of painting and designing a variety of merchandise. My artworks have found their way onto mugs, chopping boards, coasters, slate, cushions, key rings, and baubles, each piece reflecting a part of my creative journey. From Thursday to Saturday, I return to my other passion—hairdressing. In my salon, I embrace the opportunity to connect with my clients, bringing out their best through the art of hairdressing. My name is Marta and I come from Milan. At the moment, I am based in Dun Laoghaire ! My passion for art and design started during my university studies, maybe because the years of mathematical studies had been so abstract, hyperbolic, topological! In case you’re wondering just how I came up with the name, ChiGiu, I have my daughters to thanks. We were talking about my new jewelry online shop that was in the works. What to name it … mmmhh…hmmmm…that’s when they called out “How about ChiGiu ?” The start of each name ! I make only small batches, which means that not only it is better for the environment because it is not mass-produced, but also that every piece is unique to the owner. No more going out and meeting someone that is wearing the same thing as you !

*** Luxurious Soy Wax Candle *** Large scented candles in a beautiful frosted glass. 30cl Candles with aprox 45 hour burn time 100% Soy wax. 100% Hand poured in Tuosist on the Ring of Beara (with the help of my two young children) and a choice of 9 unique fragrances available. Soy candles are cleaner , burn longer than paraffin and other waxes.  I also prefer to use lead free cotton wicks. I really hope you love our candles as much as we enjoy making them.
